From Tomytec’s Tetsudou Musume/鉄道むすめ +03 series comes Kawagoe Ibuki/川越いぶき, an infrastructure engineer with Seibu Railway/西武鉄道. Seibu operates 179.8 kilometers of passenger railway business in Metropolitan Tokyo, linking Ikebukuro and Shinjuku with towns in Saitama Prefecture/埼玉県, as far as Hanno/飯能 and Chichibu/秩父, stage for 2011 anime Anohana/あの日見た花の名前を僕達はまだ知らない. In terms of mileage, they are fifth among private railways in Japan.


The Limited Edition box is designed differently from regular ones. There is only one type, as printed.


The reverse side, with information and suggestion for you to dress up ‘いぶきちゃん’ with her helmet.


Slightly more parts come along with this edition.


Included are the regular face (shown in the left figure) and ‘thinking’ face (centre). The smiling face (right) available on regular figures is not included.


Though non-posable, just a little effort done can set her to work. Dust boxes featured two posts earlier is a good example. Besides, she is from the infrastructure team!
